To request data, please complete the electronic data request form below. 

While our goal is to process all requests in a timely manner, requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Response times may vary depending on the type of request, the current number of open requests, and more. As outlined and defined in NC.G.S §§ 132-6 (PDF) and 132-6.2 (PDF), a public agency may assess different fees for different media as prescribed by law.
