Collection Selections: Sports

Cape Fear Museum’s collection includes more than 1,000 sports artifacts, dating from 1890 to 2010. These objects document the many amateur and professional sports played in Wilmington, as well as local athletes who found success at the professional level. A selection of these artifacts was previously on display.
